Returns and Replacement Policy

At Auto Locs, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure all our products meet the highest quality standards. To maintain this standard, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we offer a negotiated product replacement policy to address these situations.

1. No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an auto dreadlock machine has been purchased and delivered, we cannot accept returns for any reason, including:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect orders made by the client.
• Damage caused after delivery.

We encourage clients to carefully review product specifications and confirm their orders before making a purchase.

2. Product Replacement Policy

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged upon delivery, we offer a negotiated replacement policy as follows:

a. Eligibility for Replacement

Replacements are only considered under the following conditions:

• The product has manufacturing defects.
• The product was damaged during shipping.
• The product does not match the specifications outlined in your order confirmation.

b. Negotiation Process

Clients eligible for replacement must follow these steps:

1. Notify Us: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Include your order details, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the defect/damage.
2. Evaluation: Our team will assess your claim and determine if it qualifies for a replacement.
3. Replacement Price Negotiation: If approved, clients will have the option to negotiate a replacement price for the product. This allows us to provide a fair and flexible solution while covering shipping and production costs for the replacement item.
4. Final Agreement: Once both parties agree on the replacement terms, the replacement product will be shipped.

3. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for replacements:

• Damage caused by improper use, handling, or maintenance by the customer.
• Products used for purposes other than their intended function.
• Requests made after the 7-day notification period.

4. Replacement Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the faulty product back (if applicable) and receiving the replacement item. Shipping costs will be discussed and agreed upon during the negotiation process.

• All Replacement Negotiations are Final: Once a replacement price is agreed upon, it cannot be revised.

• Product Warranty: Please refer to our warranty policy for coverage related to repairs and manufacturing defects.
